- When does the season run?
- Each subscription runs for 16 weeks. Our season typically begins in late spring — we'll confirm your exact start date before the season kicks off.
- What day are deliveries?
- All deliveries happen on Mondays. We'll confirm your delivery window before the season starts so you know exactly when to expect your bouquet.
- When is payment due?
- Payment is due in full upfront when you reserve your spot. This helps us plan our growing season and ensures your deliveries are secured.
- Can I skip or reschedule a delivery?
- Delivery schedule changes must be submitted and approved at least 48 hours before your expected delivery date. Missed deliveries due to your own unavailability are non-refundable and count as a used delivery — life happens, so please plan ahead.
- What if the farm has to miss a delivery?
- Flowers are seasonal and delivery dates may occasionally shift due to weather, pests, disease, or crop conditions. If we miss a delivery on our end, it will be refunded or credited to you.
- How many spots are available?
- We keep our subscriber numbers small so we can grow enough flowers to do it well. Once spots fill, we maintain a waitlist for the following season.
